Refund Process
Returned products are inspected after receipt.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
- Approved refunds are processed within 5β7 business days to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

- A replacement will be arranged at no extra cost
